WorldnNewsUnique.Com, Indonesia - Over a gas payment dispute, a man identified by the initials BS (26), a stall keeper from Sampang, brutally took the life of a customer. The victim, identified as S (30), a resident of Jalan Bulak Banteng Madya, tried to flee from the attacker but tragically died after being assaulted with a sickle by BS.
The victim was cornered and later found dead in a mosque alley in the Kedinding Lor area. At that time, the suspect BS attacked the victim with a sickle he had brought. After the incident, BS fled but was eventually apprehended by the police in Sampang. He is now facing multiple charges and could face up to 15 years in prison.
Chief of Criminal Investigation at Tanjung Perak Port Police, AKBP Muhammad Prasetyo, explained that the victim ran into a dead-end street and was unable to escape the gas seller. He added that the suspect slashed the victim twice with a sickle, resulting in the victim’s death at the scene.
After the attack, the suspect left the victim and fled on the victim’s motorcycle, which he later abandoned on Jalan Larangan, in Kenjeran Subdistrict, Bula District, Surabaya, Indonesia. The suspect then fled to Sampang, Madura.
“The suspect left the victim and took his motorcycle, which he later dumped on Jalan Larangan, Kenjeran Subdistrict, Bula District, Surabaya,” said AKBP Muhammad Prasetyo.
